Preparation and feeding
A chunky, chompable pâté you can mash, slice, or stuff into toys and lick mats.
Keep it in a cool, dry spot. Once opened, pop it in the fridge
and finish within 48 hours. Do not microwave the tub.

Delivery & returns
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by location, but most UK orders arrive within a few working days. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know.
If something isn’t right, tell us. We can replace the item or refund you. For health and safety reasons we can’t take opened food back, but we’ll still make it right. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll sort it with no fuss.
